With our in house TPE Compounding facility we face zero material variations and shortage to ensure controlled production
Sheet and Coating Extrusion Line
Advanced Semi-automated extruder with PLC controls with 66'' width and 0.5 to 5mm thickness sheet production capacity.
Production capacity: 500kg/hr
Thermoforming Plant
Our State-of-the-Art Vacuum forming ensures out each and every product is defect free and we can produce high quality car floor mats and trunk mat.
CAD Modeling
We can deliver CAD design, prototyping, reverse engineering, tool design, 3D/2D Modeling to meet client requirements.

DIEs and MOLDS
Each product is custom made for more than 80+ makes and models to provide perfect fit and finish and we focus on mold designs and acquisition to meet client's requirements.
